Come listen, try, watch. You can drop in whenever it suits you, stroll along the stalls, listen to the short talks.
Be surprised by the extensive and influential grass family: corn, wheat, rice, barley and millet are well-known food crops, but grass also plays a major role in cattle feed, as biofuel, for straw, and as building material. There is plenty to see and do, also for children. And when you have had enough, you can walk into the garden or join the tour guide, who will point out members of the grass family to you in half an hour.
Participation is free, you only pay Hortus entrance (Museum card free Hortus entrance).
