Flower Parade Rijnsburg
On Saturday, August 9th, the parade with the theme "Once upon a time..." will travel through the streets of Rijnsburg, Katwijk, and Noordwijk.
The Flower Parade Rijnsburg takes place every year on the second Saturday of August and is made up of flower-covered floats, music floats, flower-decorated cars, and marching bands. In addition, the themes on the floats are supported and portrayed by more than 100 actors. It is no surprise that our event is referred to as a moving flower theater.
The day before, on Friday, August 8th, all the floats can already be admired in the Royal FloraHolland hall in Rijnsburg. On Sunday, August 9th, the floats will still be on display on the boulevard in Noordwijk.
