K&O Folk - Soundwell

Soundwell is a new band, playing from a source of both traditional Irish and Scottish folk music and modern sounds. They use traditional instruments such as acoustic guitar and bohran, as well as a diversity of electric guitar sounds and synthesisers. The aim is to add to the original lyrics, harmonies and rhythms with our arrangements and compositions, without denying the character and core of the authentic songs. They feel welcome wherever people want to enjoy a journey through Ireland and Scotland through powerful lyrics and beautiful music!
