Two lessons are scheduled per date: from 10:00-11:00 for children aged 4 to 7, from 11:30-12:30 for children aged 7 to 12.
Step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and come to yourself with your child or children under the monumental Hortus trees. We do easy-to-perform exercises that you will enjoy together, that will make you calm and relaxed, to the rhythm of the greenery around us. Help yourself and your children to find peace of mind and feel completely at ease in the greenery. One supervisor per child who also participates in the yoga.
Bring your favorite mat, there are also blankets available. Participation € 10 (for child and supervisor together) plus Hortusentree (Museum card free Hortusentree). Advance registration required.
