The Sophiahoeve is a dairy farm located in Warmond, South Holland, and is known for making the traditional BoerenLeidse cheese (30+).

The farm has a rich history dating back more than four centuries, with the Warmerdam family producing cheese and butter since around the year 1600.

The Sophiahoeve is also known for its Blaarkop cows, an ancient Dutch breed of cow that used to be common in the Leiden region. The milk from these cows is used to make the tastiest cheese and butter. In 2023, the Sophiahoeve won the Cum Laude Award in the category BoerenLeidse kaas with Keys, which recognises the quality of their cheese. Their raw milk butter was also named the best farm butter in the Netherlands in 2020.

The current farm, built in the 1920s, combines modern facilities with traditional cheese and butter-making techniques. Sophiahoeve products are for sale at the Saturday market in Warmond and at various specialty shops and restaurants.
